The most user friendly yoga book I have seen so far. Simple and to the point with clear illustrations for the poses. The healthy recepies, many heath tips and breathing techniques makes it a must have book for anyone who cares about his/her body and mind.

Great book. Love the flexitarian method, as it is not dogmatic and can help improve many people’s lives. Doron uses real, practical examples to bring the content to your life. I made many improvements in my life based on this book and found it to be inspiring.

I think this book is a magnificent addition to a world which more and more tries to put people into a box. It gives tools for all aspects of life to help people to tune into themselves and decide how to best set themselves up for success as measured by physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Adopting some of the tips in this book into life was easy because it’s explained very simply and it is not forcing you to give your life a complete overhaul. Doron has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

About Doron Yoga Teacher Training Manual
The manual is based on the experience and study of Doron with a wide variety of teachers and practices. The main ones however are ashtanga yoga as taught by Krishnamacharya and Pattabhi Jois, and the practices of Zen as taught by Daido Roshi and Shugen Sensei.
Doron took the best from each of his teachers, without following one dogma, or taking any school as the only truth. Rather he learned from life itself –through his struggle to find a practice that will be sustainable for the person living in today’s life –with all of its challenges both for body and mind.It is a yoga manual with strong emphasis on awareness practices as well as holistic healthincluding mind practices, Ayurveda, subtle energy and philosophy. There are sections that are especially for teaching, but most of this book can be used as a tool to simply dive deeper into a better yoga.
“Please enjoy this manual. I hope that the life work put into it will help you transform into a happier, better you.”

Review from a Doron Yoga Teacher Training Graduate
I just completed my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training here and words will never do the course and the centre justice . It’s not just a pretty view, it’s an intense education on yoga and meditation that gives you the tools you need in order to leave feeling like you could be the yoga teacher you inspire to be. Doron’s passion for yoga shines through when he is teaching and his energy is like nothing I’ve experienced before. I can’t thank Doron and the staff that run DYZC enough for their presence throughout, their attention to detail, enthusiasm for the place and the course and also being personable and treating you as friends. The food is out of this world, the surroundings, accommodation and people are out of this world. I’m excited to go out there and teach and I don’t think I’d feel like this had I done it somewhere else. You’re not paying for the certificate you’re paying for the education, everything else is merely a bonus.
Thank you ❤️❤️ I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Guatemala! Gracias xx
