Take a journey to yoga and wellness by joining our holistic eco retreat center. Allow yourself to drop in, let go of the hustle and bustle of daily life, take a deep breath of fresh mountain air, surrender to the views of the lake and mountain, relax on a hammock and meet new friends.
The retreat includes a 2-hour yoga and pranayama morning session, one 60 minute massage, all meals, and healing wellness afternoon sessions.
Settle in and enjoy herbal tea picked fresh from the garden, connect at our Buddha Cafe, and relax with a view. Magic is in the air.
Recharge not only by yoga and meditation sessions but also thanks to the delicious deep tissue massage and all the delicious, nutritious, fresh vegetarian meals.
By staying with us you contribute to Youth Community Center, a local educational center that we support, and to free kids yoga classes that we provide. “For it is in giving what we receive.”
