Learn to set better boundaries, to rediscover what you are here to do. Free yourself from social conditioning that no longer serves you, get comfortable in your own skin, and have the courage to take the steps to do what you are here for.

10:30am-12:30pm Mindfulness: Yoga, meditation and pranayama
12:30-13:30pm Lunch
13:30-15:30pm Zen philosophy and practices to help us break away from our limited self, into the potential of our infinite self.  

The Yoga Lifestyle – Based on the Flexitarian Method
12 hours (3 days, 4 hours each), 720Q

Step up to a happy, stress free, healthy and balanced life customized to your  personal needs. Learn about what you need to shift in your life that will make a big impact on how you feel – physically and emotionally.

Learn your body type according to Ayurveda so you can be the master of your own destiny. Understand a variety of tools that you can then use to better your life.

A transformative workshop that will help on all levels of life – from yoga, food, mental health and even career- tradition made practical.

Schedule: 1-5pm. You can come earlier and join us for yummy lunch (additional 60Q).

Optional: add accommodation and stay with us, so you also get to practice meditation, pranayama and yoga, all included.


Food and Nutrition for the Modern Yogi

Which food is really good for you? The flexitarian method offers us tools to understand different options, and empowers us to make the right selection for our own personal needs.

We will go over the basic of food – from soy and water, to nightshades, sugars, and dairy replacements. Fat vs, non fat,paleo vs. vegan.

Learn how to balance and create healthy food and eating patterns to keep you energetic for long periods, to help you get flexible faster and achieve your optimum health.

We use a variety of tools including Ayurveda, macrobiotic, raw foods and more.

Schedule: 1-5pm. You can come earlier and join us for yummy lunch (additional 60Q)

Dying to Live – The A Matter of Life and Death WORKSHOP
12 hours (3 days, 4 hours each)

If you had only one year to live what would you do? Quit your job? Get a divorce, a lover? Begin living your dream today?

The key to a joyful life is the art of understanding death. Death is the master teacher for a joyful life today. This workshop teaches you how to find equanimity in living and dying – How to live your best life today!

Preparing for death is one of the most profoundly healing acts of a lifetime and opportunity to take a deep dive in committing to yourself in a way you never thought possible, and understand what it means to be fully ALIVE. It clarifies priorities and it allows ourselves to come into the unknown with an openheartedness and courage that allows life its fullness. The acknowledgment of impermanence holds within it the key to life itself.

This workshop is suitable for anyone facing death in the next 90 years. A reflective, meditative, poignant, life changing and fun week!

Schedule: 1.30 – 5.30 pm. You can come earlier and join us for yummy lunch (additional 60Q).

Doron takes a look at your lifestyle from a whole and deeper perspective inspired by Ayurveda. He goes through the basic principles that are linked to your health to find areas that you need to reinforce or change to achieve a better way of living and version of yourself. The principles he goes over are spirituality, mind and thoughts, breathing, diet / nutrition, movement / exercise and sleep / rest. Based on your personal needs and health, Doron customizes an individual tailored plan / program for each one to find and follow their own unique rhythm. To be able to enjoy simple things in life by being in closer touch with oneself in a more simple, deeper and healthier way.

Private Yoga Lesson- 75 minutes/500Q or 60 minutes/400Q

Whether you would like to arrange a one on one class or have a small group, Doron would be happy to tailor a class to your individual needs. If you need help working through an injury, practising a particular pose, perfecting a sequence or would just like the attention of an experienced teacher, Doron will help you to take your practice to the next level.
