Yogasthenics 
Yoga meets Calisthenics
for a total body and mind workout 

Join us for this Yogasthenics ultimate yoga workout. In this class we raise the heart rate a bit more than the usual yoga classes by combining traditional yoga poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), calisthenics exercises, and meditation. However, it is still true to the principles of yoga because we are moving consciously and with breath, just at a bit of a quicker pace than some of our other classes! Try it if you’re feeling like challenging yourself.

This class will keep you strong, fit, flexible, as well as help you develop a focused and calm mind. In addition, throughout the video, there are many modifications provided, please remember to honor your body and your limitations.
