Guacamole
The All Time Favorite
Find us someone who doesn’t love guacamole! Avocados are a staple in the house. This amazing dip is filled with delicious nutrients. Firstly, it’s a great source of oleic acic, known to help with preventing cancer. Secondly, it also contains folates and Vitamin E, which are both excellent for maintaining the health of the heart. This guacamole tastes good on its own or perfect on a slice of bread, tortilla, or try dipping various raw veggies.
It takes 15 minutes to make and lasts a couple of days, stored in a glass container in the fridge. Make sure you are using avocados that are perfectly ripe, they should mash under a fork without too much effort, however if they are over-ripe your guacamole may not be the greatest so be careful!
