Gomasio
Go Get More Gomasio
A fantastic substitute for salt, gomasio adds a unique and diverse variety of minerals from the seaweed, with healthy fats and calcium coming from the sesame seeds. The minerals we gain from any type of seaweed are rarely obtained from plants that grow on land, therefore incorporating seaweed products into your diet is a great way to round out your nutrient spectrum. Sesame seeds are one of the most versatile seeds going, you can eat them raw or process them into any number of wonderful uses, for example tahini. Once you combine these two incredible ingredients, there really isn’t much more you need to add as they are both so nutritionally well rounded. Sprinkle your gomasio liberally on practically any dish. Once your friends and family try it once, all they’ll be saying afterwards is “go get more”!
