Going to the supermarket can be intimidation,. and easy to but a bunch of processed food for your pantry. Take this list of 50 foods for your pantry to have a good idea of where to start. Sure you will buy other stuff, but this list of 50 foods for your pantry will assure you have a balance of good grains, beans, nuts, oils and other useful items.

These ingredients will improve the quality of your cooking and make it more delicious and nutritious as well! As always, I recommend buying these products organic.
