Here is a full, balanced and fun vinyasa flow class led by Doron with Vanessa Veiock. It is good practice for all levels, in other words, everyday yoga that is using the Doron Yoga sequencing guidelines. Above all, it covers all parts of the body. In addition the practice includes smooth flow, Zen focus and nice alignments.

It takes only 50 minutes, and you will get your body much more flexible, focused, relaxed and strong.
