Become A Ninja Yogi
This 49 minute yoga ninja class is a powerful Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice. With this practice, you will build a strong yoga ninja body and a steady Zen mind. This is a fairly advanced practice with some challenging poses and arm balancing poses, and will help you become strong and flexible quickly and efficiently. In less than an hour you will have done an amazing workout for your body and mind.
Doron doesn’t always explain all of the advanced poses, and he uses Sanskrit, so it may not be for everyone. However, if you are a more advanced student, follow along to build a strong body and a peaceful mind.

Keep these things in mind while practicing

- Respect your body, know your limits
- Keep your mind soft no matter how strong your practice is
- The more you surrender into the pose the quicker you allow the opening to happen
- Engaging your bandhas and keeping the dristi and ujjayi breathing alive will make your practice more powerful
- Remember to feel grateful for all that your body can do
- Try to find a place of joy, gratitude and playfulness throughout your whole practice
