Releasing tension from the shoulders while strengthening them at the same time is no mean feat but with continued practice, you can have the best of both worlds.

In less than hour, you can open, stabilize, strengthen and protect your shoulders. This way the shoulders can help you with what they are amazing at – they support you in hand stands, they allow your arms to move in so many directions, to reach an item or to get the bind in a twist.
