Eastern Traditions in the Western World
Ayurveda, the science of life, is a powerful tool to understand your body and mind. We can learn about our body type (Prakriti), and understand how to balance our elements (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Through that we are able to find a state of harmony and bliss. At Doron Yoga we like to use all the tools available today. We use Ayurveda to know what needs to be balanced, and we use a variety of nutrition and lifestyle systems to actually make it happen. (Macrobiotic, raw foods and modern nutrition).
As soon we understand more about the principles of Ayurveda, and what is our own physical constitution, we are able to understand better the roots for mood swings and imbalances of the body and mind.
We can more clearly answer to questions such as;

- “Why do I react this way?”
- “What makes me out of balance?”
- “What do I need to eat to maintain balance in my life?”
- “Why do I feel anxiety?”.
