Modified Ashtanga Intermediate Series
In this video we’re giving you a modified version of the classic Ashtanga Second Series. Typically, the Second Series is introduced to the student once the Primary Series has been mastered. However, here we give you many modifications to make it more accessible for all levels. This class flows at a steady pace and will help you build strength and balance. It features backbends, inversions, arm balances and hip openers. This 75 minute sequence will leave you feeling strong and balanced.
Practictioners of Classic Ashtanga will not be disappointed.
This class is accessible whilst remaining intense and challenging. It’s sometimes a great idea to see what’s possible by testing your boundaries. It’s also a great practice to regularly get an idea of what you can strive towards by practicing sequences that on the edge of your capabilities.

I’m fortunate to have studied with Doron personally. He is my fave yoga teacher in my favorite setting. How thrilled I am to practice with him again during my LA lockdown with this fantastic video! A strength of his is offering multi-level modifications for even the most challenging of poses so that the practitioner can eventually access them. I’ve checked out a lot of online yoga content but this is the best. I highly recommend.
