The class features powerful, steady movements with many options available to suit all levels. Moving slowly and mindfully tends to reduce anxiety or stress and promotes calmness.
During these challenging times of quarantines and restrictions we may find ourselves agitated, frustrated. On one hand we are willing to start moving, going, acting, yet at the same time we experiences feelings of laziness or disconnectedness. Worries about the future and memories from the past can both affect us powerfully even though neither exist.
Remember to come back to the present moment, as this is the only part of our life we can truly experience.
Join us on this healing journey into inner peace and overall bliss. There is a theme of rooting whilst reaching in this class. On one hand, we are increasing our connection to stillness so that we can spread out into our experience with more confidence.
