As they are such large muscles and responsible for so many actions throughout our day, we need to give them lots of love. By stretching your hamstrings and legs you can aid in the release of lower back pain. If your hips are tight you can also open the whole chain of muscles by releasing your stiff hamstrings.
Do you want to master the splits? Practice this yoga class with patience and dedication and you will definitely see progress. The holistic and balanced practice will unlock your lower body, something that tends to be forgotten as we often focus on upper body work, if we focus at all. However, here Doron focuses on the legs while taking care of the entire body, while also helping you master your Zen Mind at the same time.
