No More Wrist Pain
In this video we are giving you a gentle 30 minute wrist free yoga class for injured, sore or sensitive wrists. It’s a great, well-balanced alternative sequence to classic vinyasa. This is because we specifically designed it to be easy on the wrists. So there are no chaturangas, high planks or downdogs. As a result, you can practice yoga the way you love. We are glad to give you an opportunity to practice without worrying about your limitations.
No matter if your wrists are sore, injured or you simply want to give them a break, we have prepared a fantastic class for you! We love our perfect imperfections, and our limitations!
There is always a way to continue practicing whilst living a yoga life and respecting and accepting our body.
The importance of our wrists in our daily lives can often be overlooked. They are the gateway to our hands. As a result, when we use our hands in repetitive motions to excess, our wrists often suffer collateral damage. They are also a relatively delicate joint for the amount of movement they enable. Therefore, it’s a good idea to give them regular breaks and lots of love.
