Meditation Made Fun – Sitting Tips
Meditation can be intimidating. It’s not always fun, and can be hard. Many struggle in trying to meditate or relax. Doron explains here how to simply sit – without trying so much – just observing and enjoying the process. Allow yourself to surrender, do not try to let go, but just watch yourself and see how stress starts to melt away the moment you stop feeding it.
Start with just a few moments, and allow yourself to surrender into longer sits. Don’t force it, but watch out for excuses.
