Use this gentle 1 hour yoga class to find your back and re-ignite your passion for your practice! Be kind to yourself if you’re just coming back, there’s no pressure! As well as plenty of modifications given throughout the class, the class is also at a very steady pace, meaning you can stay with your breath and feel the healing.
