In this video Doron, with help of Daniela Saar and Katya Bar, will demonstrate how to give correct, safe and helpful hands on adjustments (assists) in Parivrita trikonasana – revolved triangle pose. These tips are very useful and important for all yoga teachers.
Hands-on adjustments are one of the greatest tools of yoga. They are a very much used in the Ashtanga school of yoga. Once done correctly, they can lift the quality of an yoga class to a totally next level. In the other hand, if the teacher don’t know how to touch or adjust the student, it can change the class into nightmare. Therefore it is very important to learn how to do proper hands on adjustments with a professional teacher.
