Vinyasa Flow Practice Video

Vinyasa Flow Practice

Here is a video showing an hour of vinyasa flow practice for level 2 or intermediate students. All levels can join, but it is advised that you have some knowledge and experience about yoga. It is similar to Ashtanga (Ashtanga standing poses), but with more creative sequence. Above all; make sure that you move with our breath. Also keep your mind steady and focused on your ujayyi breath and your drsti (point of focus).

Balanced sequence with ninja tricks

In addition to the standing poses, this vinyasa flow practice includes also a variety of hip openers, inversions and twists. In the end of the practice there will be more back bends as well as forward folds. So it is a flowing and well-balanced yoga practice that will leave you feeling blissful!

Doron often includes some ninja-tricks to the practice. Please, have a look at these poses, if you are interested to deepen your practice with headstand preparations or crow-pose. For core-work he is offering the very effective bicycle yoga practice.

Most importantly, remember always to have a safe and fun practice! Enjoy, breathe and keep practicing!
