Easy Vinyasa Flow practice

This is an easy Vinyasa Flow class video that is great for everyone. Since it only takes thirty six minutes to do including savasana, you have no excuses. Therefore, do this daily!  This vinyasa flow is a balanced sequence great for all levels including beginners. Doron gives clear demonstration and explanations while you are practicing. Many of the poses are simpler variations of the full poses. Doron’s brother Gil is practicing in the video. Even though he is not very flexible, he is looking great in his practice! This flow is good for lower back pain and stress release. It’s also great for stretching and opening up in general.

Some examples of modifications:

If you are a beginner in yoga, make the practice most comfortable for you. Take modifications that feel good for you. For example, in warm ups, instead of full chaturanga dandasana, take first your knees and chest down when lowering down to make the pose easier.

Low lunge is a great pose to stretch the psoas major muscle and to warm up your other muscles.

For opening the hips, these poses are great options for all levels:

Thread the needle and malasana are great poses to release any tension from the hip area. Both poses increase mobility on pelvic area and joints, so they are very helpful for people who work daily on desk.
