The core themes of this 75 minute long vinyasa class are awareness, centering and most importantly, your drishti – the stable Yogic Gaze. As a result of exercising your concentration in this manner, you can become more aware in your day to day life.

This holistic yoga sequence will improve your nervous system and coordination. There are also many modifications provided, so you can stay safe at home and practice at whichever level suits you best.
Often, it is a commonly held idea in spiritual practices that we bring into our reality that which we direct our attention towards. Through developing our powers of focus and steadiness, we can increase the potency of our ability to manifest. Strengthening your concentration through the practice of following the breath is an excellent exercise.
