Stretch Off the Office Tightness – Beginners Yoga

Stretch Off the Office Tightness – Beginners Yoga

Stretch Off the Office Tightness – Beginners Yoga for the inflexible

Here is a simple 15 minute beginners yoga practice that leads you through easy movements and stretches. As a result, it stretches and releases the neck, head, shoulders, hips, wrists, ankles, knees and even hamstrings. Any tightness you feel in your body, can be loosened with this practice. Doron created this video on a day he felt like going easy. It is higly recommended for those who do office work and sit a lot during the day. So, roll your mat open and breathe deeply to really find release.

It doesn’t take long, but is very useful. This practice for beginners is fun and allows you to even release into happy baby -pose with laughter. When that pose is offered, really let yourself go and laugh out loud! As all well balanced yoga classes, also beginners yoga includes a nice savasana. Make sure to relax into it and allow yourself this minute and a half of peace and rest.

In other words, this yoga practice is actually great for everyone. Practice it anytime you feel like deepening your stretching.

This is a great way to help get over jetlag and stiffness from long flights. I like to do this sequence while traveling.
